MTE is run by an alliance between IMD and the two Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology. This program - which combines the latest research and diverse knowledge from EPFL, ETH Zurich and IMD - provides participants with an unparalleled opportunity to learn how to manage innovation and take on broader leadership roles within their organizations.

Zielgruppe/Voraussetzungen
Mastering Technology Enterprise (MTE) participants come from diverse geographic and cultural backgrounds. They represent many nationalities and functions, and typically have 8 to 15 years of professional experience in R&D, science, engineering, manufacturing, technical sales or IT. Most participants are in their mid-30s to mid-40s.
They have been identified by their employers as having the potential to reach management positions a the highest levels of a technology-based enterprise.

Methoden
MTE's highly interactive learning process reflects IMD’s real world real learning philosophy. It emphasizes open discussion, combining case work, group work and integrative group assignements. The multi-disciplinary Faculty are specialists in the interface between business and technology. External speakers - entrepreneurs, technology experts and industry thought leaders - contribute their widely diverse experience.
The program comprises two fully integrated modules. Each module lasts three weeks and must be taken consecutively.
Team-based discussions, integrative exercises and a variety of social events create strong bonds among participants. All activities are in English.
