Ideally, you already have experience in IT projects. Don't worry, you don't need to be familiar with specific technologies or programming languages for this. But if you are knowledgeable about web technologies, you already have an advantage.
You should be capable of independently designing and developing a small to medium-sized software system. Experience in the maintenance and evolution of software is also important. Additionally, it would be great if you know how to work with containers.
